How to control type two diabetes?

My doctor told me my blood sugar levels are high, and I need to manage my type 2 diabetes better. It's been a bit overwhelming trying to figure out what changes to make in my lifestyle. How do people usually control this condition?

Between working late and constantly checking my sugar, I am exhausted. Controlling type 2 is honestly all about sleeping on time and avoiding those late-night carb cravings, which is so hard. Just try your best to stay active and take your medicine on time.

Controlling sugar is a daily struggle, ho na. I just try to replace simple rice with jowar or bajra bhakri at home. Also, a quick walk after dinner helps a lot to keep levels stable, simple things really matter.

It can feel very overwhelming and lonely when you are diagnosed with diabetes. Just take it one day at a time and don't blame yourself. Focus on eating more green veggies and definitely keep in touch with a good doctor.

Don't listen to people who say drinking certain juices will completely cure your diabetes. It is a chronic condition that needs medical supervision. Stick to the medicines your doctor gave you and ignore online myths.

I ignored my rising sugar levels for too long thinking it was fine, and ended up with severe foot numbness. Please don't take diabetes lightly. Get your blood sugar checked regularly and follow your doctor's advice carefully.

Sweets completely bandh karna thoda mushkil hai, haan? But health ke sath compromise nahi kar sakte na. Just walk daily and make sure you do your sugar checkups on time as suggested by your doc.
