I highly recommend using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensor for a couple of weeks. It syncs with your phone and shows you exactly which foods spike your blood sugar and how a simple walk brings it down. It makes managing your sugar without meds so much easier and highly data-driven.

Please try to stay positive and not let the anxiety of this condition affect your spirit. Eating fresh, seasonal vegetables and taking peaceful morning walks will help restore balance to your system. Take care of yourself.

Yaar, actually cutting down carbs completely is not possible for us Indians because of our regular dal-roti diet. What I did was just reduce the portion of rice and double the portion of sabzi and salad. It naturally controlled my blood sugar spikes without any heavy medicines.

If your doctor allows it, try adding some moderate resistance training along with your daily 30-minute brisk walk. Muscles utilize glucose for energy even when you are resting, which naturally helps in keeping your blood sugar levels low.

I agree with focusing on your diet. Cutting down on white bread, maida, and sweet items is the most effective way to start.

Hey, don't stress too much about this! Just make small changes like swapping white sugar for stevia or having green tea, and walk a bit more every day. You can easily manage this, don't worry at all.

Let's be direct: you cannot control diabetes without medicine if your HbA1c is above 8. First, get your blood reports done and consult a proper specialist. If it's borderline, then lifestyle changes like zero sugar and heavy exercise can definitely work.
