How to control asthma without inhaler?

I've been diagnosed with mild asthma recently, but I really want to avoid relying on an inhaler if possible. Are there lifestyle changes or natural remedies that can help me manage my asthma without needing one all the time?

I have tried taking ginger juice and honey to ease my chest tightness, which helps for mild congestion. However, please remember that during a real asthma attack, home remedies will not save you, and you must see a doctor immediately.

Improving your cardiovascular fitness through light jogging or swimming can really help build lung capacity over time. Just make sure your doctor clears you for exercise, and don't try to push through if you feel chest tightness.

My family always recommends steam inhalation with a drop of eucalyptus oil for clear breathing. While this helps with daily congestion, my physician insists that daily preventive inhalers are absolutely necessary to control asthma long-term.

I always get so anxious thinking my asthma will act up when my inhaler is empty. Does anyone else get this constant fear, and how do you manage to stay calm without relying too much on medication?

Haan, asthma ko bina inhaler ke permanently control karna bohot mushkil hai na. Thoda pranayama se lungs strong hote hain, par emergency ke liye toh inhaler hamesha paas rakhna hi chahiye.
