I understand this fatigue can feel completely draining, but please don't push yourself too hard. Take frequent small breaks throughout the day and don't feel guilty about resting. Your body is working hard, so give it the time it needs.

This fatigue is real, yaar. My uncle has chronic kidney disease and he used to feel exhausted just climbing one flight of stairs. Actually, his doctor found his hemoglobin was very low, which is super common in kidney patients, and treating that helped him a lot.

My father was recently diagnosed with stage 3 kidney issues and he is tired all the time now. Are there any specific, safe breathing exercises or very light movements that we can help him do to build stamina?

I used to panic thinking my kidneys were completely failing when I felt this extreme weakness. But my nephrologist reassured me that toxin buildup naturally causes fatigue. Once we adjusted my dialysis and diet schedule, my energy levels became much more manageable.

I get so anxious whenever my energy dips, constantly checking my vitals. If you are struggling with kidney fatigue, please make sure you discuss it with your doctor at your next appointment. They can check your iron and electrolyte levels to pinpoint the exact cause safely.
