How to clear up piles?

My father has been suffering from piles for a while, and it's quite painful for him. He's hesitant to go to a doctor. Are there effective ways to clear up piles at home or with simple treatments?

Please be careful and do not ignore this issue or rely solely on home tips. If you notice any bleeding or extreme pain while passing stools, go see a general surgeon immediately for a proper diagnosis.

Piles can be incredibly uncomfortable and painful to deal with. Increasing your fiber intake and taking warm sits baths helps relieve the pain quickly.

Don't fall for those overnight piles cure advertisements on the internet. It is a medical issue that needs a proper lifestyle assessment and often prescription stool softeners, so consult a real doctor first.

At 54, my digestive system demands a written apology if I eat even one spicy samosa. Regular high-fiber oats and a daily walk are my only saviors now. Keep your bowel movements smooth or prepare to pay the price!

I had severe piles three years ago. The most effective instant relief is taking a warm water sitz bath for 15 minutes after bowel movements, and using the cream my doctor prescribed. Keep constipation away at all costs.

A diet rich in high-fiber foods like green leafy vegetables, whole grains, and lots of water is crucial to keep your stools soft. Just make sure you increase your fiber intake gradually so it doesn't cause bloating.
