You can try applying a mixture of virgin coconut oil and a tiny pinch of turmeric on the dark patches. However, if the discoloration is spreading or the skin feels warm and inflamed, you must get it checked by a dermatologist.

Haan yaar, eczema theek hone ke baad wo kaale dhabbe reh hi jaate hain na. It takes a lot of patience. Just keep applying fresh aloe vera gel and keep the skin soft, the marks will fade slowly.

In my experience, these dark marks are just post-inflammatory pigmentation. They look bad initially, but they always fade away on their own within a few months as long as you don't scratch them. Just keep the skin moisturized.

I understand how distressing it is to look at those dark patches on your skin every day. I used to worry they would be permanent, but keeping the skin hydrated and using a gentle niacinamide cream recommended by my doctor really helped fade them over time.

I used my skincare app to track my eczema scars. Protecting the discolored areas from the sun by applying a mineral sunscreen daily was the most important factor in preventing the spots from getting darker.
