Throat pain is so irritating, haan na. I just drink warm water with a little honey and ginger juice throughout the day. Saltwater gargling three times a day also gives quick relief, just try it out.

When my throat is sore, I pause my heavy workouts and focus on resting my body. I drink warm herbal tea and avoid cold whey protein shakes or icy water. Letting your immune system recover is key.

In our times, we rarely ran to the doctor for a basic sore throat. Warm turmeric milk at night and steam inhalation always did the trick. Just give your body a couple of days to heal naturally before taking heavy medicines.

I tracked my symptoms and realized my throat pain usually flares up due to acid reflux at night. Eating dinner 3 hours before sleeping and avoiding spicy foods worked better for me than any cough drops.

Oh, throat pain always makes me worry about tonsillitis or some severe infection. I usually start gargling immediately and keep checking my throat in the mirror. If you also have a high fever or trouble breathing, please go to a clinic immediately to be safe.

I used to ignore throat discomfort thinking it was just a cold, but it turned out to be related to my thyroid issues. If your throat pain persists for more than a week or is accompanied by difficulty swallowing, please consult a doctor for a proper checkup.
