How to clear kidney stones?

My father suffered a lot with kidney stones, and now I've been diagnosed with them too. The pain is unbearable. What are the best ways to clear kidney stones naturally or with minimal intervention?

Look, if the stone is small, drinking 3-4 liters of water daily can flush it out naturally. But if you have severe, unbearable pain, don't wait around drinking coconut water. Go get an ultrasound and see a urologist immediately.

My doctor told me to cut down on spinach, tomatoes, and chocolates because of my calcium oxalate stones, which was so heartbreaking! Now I make sure to drink loads of water to balance out my weekend food binges.

I had a 5mm stone last year. Apart from drinking plenty of water, my doctor prescribed a medication to relax the ureter which helped pass the stone within a week. Don't take pain relief pills on your own, get a proper prescription.

Since I have diabetes, I have to be very careful with what I drink to flush out stones. I avoid packaged juices completely and stick only to plain water or unsalted buttermilk to keep my sugar levels stable while protecting my kidneys.

Just passed a 4mm stone last Friday and the relief was amazing! I survived on warm water, lime water without sugar, and the medicine my urologist gave me. If you feel sudden pain in your back or side, get a doctor's advice right away.

My grandmother always suggests barley water and banana stem juice for stones. While those are good hydration options, we must rely on the doctor's scan to see if the stone actually needs medical intervention or surgery.
