How to cleanse thyroid?

My mother-in-law keeps telling me that my thyroid gland needs to be 'cleaned' if I want to lose weight and feel more energetic. Is there actually a way to do that? I've been feeling very tired lately.

Look, you cannot 'cleanse' your thyroid like a water filter. If you have thyroid issues, you need to get a TSH blood test done and take the prescribed daily dose. Don't waste time on random internet remedies.

Hey, don't stress too much about your thyroid! Just make sure to eat balanced meals, stay active, and get your blood checked regularly. A little lifestyle management is all it takes to keep it happy.

Honestly, I didn't even know you could 'cleanse' a thyroid. My mom has thyroid issues and she just takes her tiny pill every morning and eats normal healthy food. Keep it simple!

To keep your thyroid functioning well, focus on getting enough selenium and zinc through natural foods like nuts and seeds. Regular exercise also helps maintain a healthy metabolism.

The thyroid controls so many hormones, so please don't experiment with it on your own. It is always safest to get a thyroid panel test done and consult an endocrinologist.

There is no scientific way to 'cleanse' the thyroid, just get a regular blood test done to monitor it.

My grandmother used to suggest drinking coriander seed water for thyroid health, which is soothing. However, my doctor advised that taking the proper thyroid medication daily is what truly keeps the hormone levels stable.

Basic thyroid tests (TSH, T3, T4) are quite cheap, around 300 to 500 rupees at local labs. It is better to spend on a proper test than on expensive, unproven detox powders.
