How to clean out liver?

My brother-in-law was talking about 'cleaning out' his liver for better health. I'm curious if this is a real thing people do and how one would go about it. What does it involve?

I completely understand the anxiety when you feel like your body is full of toxins and you need a quick clean. I used to search about this day and night. Just remember, our liver is designed to clean itself, so we just need to relax and eat simple foods.

Look, simple baat hai. Stop eating outside oily food and drinking alcohol first. No detox juice will help if you keep eating junk on weekends. Just eat light ghar ka khana and walk daily.

My teenage son had got mild fatty liver due to too much eating out. I stopped all outside burger-pizza, started giving him daily oats, green vegetables, and lots of water. He recovered completely within a few months.

Liver health is directly connected to your body fat and metabolic rate. Regular exercise, whether it's weight lifting or running, along with a high-protein, clean diet is the actual way to support liver function.

I have tried everything from neem leaves to hot lemon water over the years. Honestly, the most practical thing is just giving your stomach a rest by eating simple dal-khichdi for a few days. Don't force yourself to drink bitter drinks.

A high-fiber vegetarian diet is excellent for liver health. Focus on eating sprouts, apples, and leafy greens. Avoid heavy paneer dishes and extra ghee for a while to let your liver recover easily.

Does anyone else get scared after eating restaurant food for a few days continuously? I always feel like my liver is struggling and I immediately look for detox ideas. What are your safe, everyday foods to feel light again?

Be very careful with detox advice if you are diabetic. Sweeter juices can cause heavy sugar spikes. It's much safer to stick to raw salads, methi water, and proper portion control to keep both sugar and liver in check.

Haan bhai, thoda sa control toh rakhna hi padta hai khane pe na. Heavy khana kam karo aur saunf ya jeera ka pani peeya karo subah uthke. Isse digestion badhiya rehta hai aur body halki lagti hai.
