How to clean liver toxins?

Feeling a bit sluggish lately, and I read somewhere that toxins can build up in the liver. Is there a way to effectively clean these liver toxins? What kind of practices or foods can help with this?

Instead of wasting money on expensive 'toxin-flushing' supplements, just plan a simple lifestyle change. Get a basic LFT package from a local lab for 600 rupees to see if there is any actual damage. If everything is normal, just drinking enough water is free and highly effective.

Bro, my liver probably hates me after all the instant noodles I eat in the hostel. I just try to drink a lot of water and go for a run on weekends to sweat it out. Skipping late-night oily delivery food also helps a lot.

Humare yahan toh log subah uthkar taambe ke bartan ka pani peete hain, isse pet saaf rehta hai. Zyada tel-masala mat khaiye aur bhookh se thoda kam hi khaiye. Sharir apne aap theek rehta hai, bas chinta mat kijiye.

Your liver already filters out all toxins on its own. Just avoid alcohol and deep-fried food to keep it healthy.

I used to drink those fancy green juices to detox, but honestly, it just gave me a loose stomach. Now I just drink plain water, eat simple home-cooked food, and exercise. It works much better and is totally free.

I am not a doctor, but when I had a sluggish liver, I cut out sugar completely for a month. My digestion improved and I felt much more energetic. I just focus on clean eating now.

Let's be clear: 'toxins' is mostly a marketing buzzword used to sell fancy tea. If your liver actually had a toxic build-up, you would be in a hospital. Just eat balanced meals, stay active, and drink water.

Pranayama like Kapalbhati and Bhastrika are very good for stimulating and cleansing internal organs. Combine this with starting your day with warm water and fresh amla juice. Simple lifestyle changes bring the best results.
