How to clean liver fat?

My recent check-up showed I have some liver fat, and the doctor said it's important to manage it. I'm wondering if there are any specific foods or home remedies that can help in cleaning it out naturally. My wife is also concerned, so looking for some practical advice.

Dekho, simple baat hai. Liver me fat isliye aaya hai kyunki extra calorie kha rahe ho aur workout nahi ho raha. Stop eating junk, sweets, and bakery items immediately. Walk for an hour daily and the liver fat will naturally melt away.

I completely understand how terrifying it feels when you see 'Grade 2 Fatty Liver' on your report. I cried for two days thinking my liver was failing. Trust me, it is completely reversible with a simple diet and exercise, so please don't lose sleep over it.

You can't spot-reduce liver fat, it only goes away when your overall body fat percentage drops. Focus on strength training twice a week and keeping a check on your daily carbohydrate intake. Keep moving and stay consistent.

The only way to clean liver fat is to stop eating all the tasty things that keep me awake at night. Honestly, it's just about cutting down on deep-fried food and sweet cravings. I'm trying to replace my late-night chips with some almonds now.

Totally agree with others here. Reducing alcohol and processed sugar is the single most effective step to reverse fatty liver.

Keep a calm mind and do not stress, as negative emotions also affect our digestive fire. Eat freshly cooked seasonal food with love and gratitude, and practice gentle walking. Nourish your body, and it will heal itself naturally.
