How to clean kidney naturally?

My doctor advised me to drink more water for my kidneys. Are there any other natural ways to clean my kidneys and keep them healthy? My friend mentioned some herbs.

Honestly, the only natural kidney cleanse I know is drinking plain water instead of my third cup of iced coffee at midnight. Our bodies are already built with built-in cleaning systems, we just need to stop overloading them with energy drinks and junk.

Please don't fall for these 'kidney detox' juices or powders sold online, they are highly unregulated and can actually harm your filtration system. Your kidneys clean themselves perfectly fine if you drink enough water. Always consult a proper nephrologist if you suspect any issue.

Hey, don't worry too much or overcomplicate things. Just make sure you are drinking 2.5 to 3 liters of water daily and avoiding excess salt in your food. That is the best and safest way to keep your kidneys healthy and happy.

In our family, we are always told to drink barley water or tender coconut water to flush out the heat and keep the system clean. It is very cooling for the body, but I always consult my family doctor for regular checkups to make sure everything is functioning fine.

I understand how terrifying it is when you read about kidney health online and start worrying about failure or stones. I went through that phase of constant anxiety. Just focus on a clean, low-sodium diet and drinking water, it gets much better when you stop overthinking.

I have seen many people ask this, and the practical answer is always simple: limit your painkillers, cut down on excess salt, and stay hydrated. Your kidneys don't need any complex detox plans, just avoid self-medicating with strong tablets.

Since I have thyroid issues, I have to be very careful with my kidney and liver functions as well. I get my blood tests done every six months and discuss the reports with my physician. Regular medical follow-ups are much safer than trying any home detox remedies.
