How to check sleep on apple watch?
I recently got an Apple Watch, and I'm trying to improve my sleep. I heard it can track sleep patterns. Can someone tell me how to properly use my Apple Watch to check my sleep?

Beta, you just have to wear the watch on your wrist tightly when you go to bed. In the morning, open the Sleep app with the bed icon on your watch, and it will show you exactly how many hours you slept.
Since we spent a good amount on this watch, we should use its built-in features fully. Just set a sleep schedule in your phone's Health app, wear it to bed, and it tracks sleep for free without needing any paid apps.
Wear the watch to sleep after doing deep breathing. In the morning, you can check the Health app on your iPhone. It shows your deep sleep and REM cycles, which helps you understand if your mind is truly resting.
You can find your sleep data in the Health app on your iPhone under the sleep section. Just make sure the watch has enough battery before you go to sleep.
I track my sleep on the watch daily because poor sleep directly increases my blood pressure. Just enable 'Track Sleep with Apple Watch' in the watch settings on your iPhone and wear it to bed regularly.
