How to check for arthritis?

My knees have been aching for a while, especially in the mornings, and my mother had arthritis. What symptoms should I look for to check if I have arthritis?

I once thought I had arthritis because my joints were aching, and I panicked! But it turned out to be just muscle soreness from a new workout. For actual arthritis, you'd look for persistent joint pain, stiffness (especially in the morning), swelling, redness, and reduced range of motion. If you have these symptoms, please don't self-diagnose like I almost did. Go see a rheumatologist; they can tell you accurately.

My doctor explained that arthritis often presents with chronic joint pain, stiffness, especially in the morning for more than 30 minutes, swelling, redness, and warmth around the joints. You might also notice a decreased range of motion. They would typically order blood tests, like ESR, CRP, and specific auto-antibodies, along with X-rays or MRI of affected joints for a proper diagnosis. It's not something you can just 'check' at home accurately.

I tried many things for my joint pain, thinking it was just old age. But for arthritis, you need to look for consistent symptoms. Is your pain always there? Is it worse in the morning? Are your joints swollen or warm to touch? If yes, home remedies might offer some temporary relief, but you absolutely need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. They can guide you better on actual treatment.

Dekho, arthritis koi aam dard nahi hai. Agar tumhare joints mein subah uthte hi bohot stiffness ho, ya hamesha dard rehta ho, swelling ho, laalapan ho, aur haath-pair theek se move na ho paaye, toh ye arthritis ke signs ho sakte hain. Ghar pe confirm nahi kar sakte. Seedha doctor ke paas jaao, woh test karenge. Time waste mat karo.

My dear, for arthritis, you should really pay attention to your joint health. Look for persistent pain, swelling, tenderness, and stiffness in your joints, especially in the morning. If it affects your daily activities, don't ignore it. While you can't self-diagnose, these symptoms are a clear signal to visit a rheumatologist. They will do proper tests and guide you.

Oh god, please don't tell me it's another thing to worry about when I already can't sleep! But seriously, if your joints are constantly aching, swollen, or you feel like a rusty robot in the morning, that's not normal. It's not just 'getting old' like my mom says. Get it checked by a doc. My friend ignored his joint pain for ages, now he regrets it. Don't be that guy.

Haan, arthritis check karna hai na? Dekho, agar tumhare joints mein subah uthte hi bohot dard ho, aur stiffness ho jo aadhi ghante se zyada rahe, ya phir joints sooj gaye hon, garam lagte hon, toh yeh signs ho sakte hain. Ya phir unko move karne mein dikkat ho rahi ho. Par pakka confirm toh doctor hi bataega tests ke baad. Ghar pe bas symptoms pe dhyan de sakte ho.
