How to check fatty liver?

My brother was told he has fatty liver, and now I'm thinking about my own health. How can one find out if they have fatty liver? What are the signs?

Yaar, fatty liver is not something you can actually 'check' at home, na? Like, there are no outward signs unless it's quite advanced. Most people find out during a routine ultrasound or blood test. If you're feeling really tired, have some upper right abdominal discomfort, or notice dark urine, then it's time to see a doctor. Prevention is key though, less oily food, more activity!

See, you can't really 'check' for fatty liver at home with your hands or anything. Most of the time, doctors detect it through a simple ultrasound of the abdomen or specific liver function tests in your blood work. If you have stomach pain on the right side, feel very tired all the time, or notice yellowish skin, then it's time to visit the family doctor. Simple solution, don't ignore it.

Honestly, fatty liver doesn't show clear symptoms at home initially. But if you have risk factors like obesity or diabetes, or you feel tired constantly and have vague abdominal discomfort, it's better to get an ultrasound done. For general liver health, natural things like turmeric, lemon water, and a low-fat diet help, but for diagnosis, a doctor is a must.

My uncle had fatty liver and he didn't even know until his routine health checkup! There weren't any super obvious signs for him. He just said he felt a bit more tired than usual. So you can't really self-diagnose this. If you're worried, just ask your doctor for a liver function test or an ultrasound, they'll know.

The liver is a vital organ, dear. Fatty liver often gives no clear symptoms until it progresses. So, simply 'checking' it at home is not possible. However, if you practice yoga and pranayama regularly, you become more attuned to your body's subtle changes. If you feel unusual fatigue, slight discomfort in the right abdomen, or a general sense of imbalance, consider it a signal to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis like an ultrasound. Listen to your body's wisdom.

Simple baat hai. Fatty liver aise ghar pe pata nahi chalta. Iske liye doctor ke paas jaana padega. They will do blood tests, jaise LFT (Liver Function Test) ya phir ultrasound. Agar pet mein thoda dard ho, ya bohot thakawat lage, toh seedha doctor ko dikhao. Don't self-diagnose for serious things.
