How to change sleep time on garmin?

I recently got a Garmin watch to track my fitness and sleep. I want to customize my sleep window, but I'm not sure how. How can I change the sleep time settings on my Garmin device?

Garmin sleep time, eh? I need to track mine, especially after a late-night biryani session! 😂 But seriously, you change it in the Garmin Connect app. Go to your device, then settings, and you should find the sleep or bedtime schedule option there. Adjust it so it knows when you're dreaming of your next meal!

Oh, Garmin sleep time! Yeah, I had to change mine too for exams. You open the Garmin Connect app, find your device (like your watch), then go to 'User Settings' or 'Device Settings'. There you can set your usual bedtime and wake-up time. Pretty simple!

For Garmin, time is tracked efficiently. You need to access the Garmin Connect mobile app. Go to 'More' (three lines/dots), then 'Garmin Devices', select your device, and then look for 'User Settings' or 'Sleep Mode'. You can adjust your normal bedtimes there. It helps the device accurately track your sleep stages.

Open your Garmin Connect app. Navigate to your device settings for your specific Garmin watch/tracker. Within those settings, you'll find an option to set or adjust your normal sleep and wake-up times. It's usually under 'User Profile' or 'Activity Tracking'.

While you can adjust sleep settings on your Garmin via the Garmin Connect app, remember that these devices offer estimations, not medical-grade diagnostics. For accurate sleep analysis, or if you suspect a sleep disorder, consult a medical professional. Don't rely solely on device data for critical health decisions.

Yeah, I've done this. Open the Garmin Connect app, dude. Click on your device, then 'Settings', and you'll see a 'Sleep' or 'Bedtime' option. Just set your preferred time there. It helps the watch know when you're actually trying to sleep versus just being still.
