How to change samsung health sleep record?

I use Samsung Health to track my sleep, but sometimes it records incorrectly. Is there a way to manually change or edit a sleep record in the Samsung Health app if it's showing wrong data?

Aiyo, Samsung Health sleep record? Sometimes these apps glitch, don't worry. You might be able to manually edit the sleep time in the app itself, usually under the 'sleep' section, look for an 'edit' option. If not, try restarting your phone and watch.

Digital health records, even from apps, should be accurate, especially if you're tracking for any health reasons. If the app isn't letting you edit, make sure your app and phone OS are updated. If it keeps giving wrong data, it might be worth reinstalling the app or checking online forums for known bugs.

Ugh, my sleep record needs to be changed alright, but to reflect *more* sleep! 😂 Anyway, in Samsung Health, for specific nights, you can usually tap on the sleep log for that day and there should be an edit or delete option. If not, maybe the app needs an update or your device needs to resync.

Yaar, sometimes my Samsung Watch also messes up my sleep data, actually. What I do is, I go into the Samsung Health app, tap on the sleep section, and then usually there's an option to 'edit' or 'manually add' an entry for that day. It's a bit hidden sometimes, explore a little!

Hello! Many fitness apps allow manual edits for accuracy. In Samsung Health, navigate to the 'Sleep' tile, then select the day you wish to modify. You should see options to either 'Edit' the recorded sleep duration or 'Delete' the entry and add it manually. If the option isn't visible, ensure your app is updated to the latest version.

Haan, sometimes these apps get it wrong na. Mera bhi hota hai. Check the specific day's sleep log in the Samsung Health app. Wahan pe ek edit ka option hona chahiye. If not, try disconnecting and reconnecting your wearable device. Shayad woh sync issue hoga.
