How to catch typhoid fever?

One of my colleagues just got diagnosed with typhoid fever, and I'm a bit concerned. What are the common ways people usually catch this? Just want to know how to avoid it.

You 'catch' typhoid fever by consuming contaminated food or water, usually from poor hygiene. My mother always stresses boiling water and being careful with street food. If you suspect you have it, with prolonged fever and body aches, please visit a good doctor for diagnosis and proper medication. Don't self-treat.

Typhoid fever is caught through contaminated food and water, bhai. Period. So, be mindful of what you eat outside. If you get a high fever, headache, body ache, and stomach issues, don't wait. Go to the doctor, get tested, and take the full course of antibiotics.

Typhoid is caused by a bacteria, usually from unhygienic conditions. To avoid 'catching' it, focus on purity: pure water, freshly cooked food. While pranayama can boost immunity generally, for actual typhoid, you need proper medical intervention. Listen to your body, and seek a doctor if symptoms arise.

You 'catch' typhoid fever from eating or drinking something that has the bacteria in it, like unhygienic street food or water, ya know? So basically, avoid dodgy places! If you get a long fever, headache, and feel super tired, def see a doctor. It's not something to mess with!

Please, please be very careful with typhoid. I had it once and developed complications because I delayed seeing a doctor. You 'catch' it from bad food/water. If you have a persistent high fever, headache, and weakness, immediately see a doctor for a Widal test or blood culture. Don't take it lightly.

Hey, you 'catch' typhoid from unclean food or water. So just be super careful about where you eat, especially during monsoon! Don't stress too much, but if you get a really bad fever, headache, and feel weak, go to the doc fast, okay?

You 'catch' typhoid fever by consuming food or water contaminated with the Salmonella Typhi bacterium. The best way to avoid it is through strict food and water hygiene. If you develop a persistent high fever, headache, and abdominal pain, immediately visit a reputable hospital. Ask your doctor for proper diagnostic tests like a Widal test or blood culture.
