How to cancel sleep mode?

My phone keeps going into 'sleep mode' automatically, even when I'm using certain apps for a long time. It's very annoying. How can I cancel or disable this sleep mode feature?

Hey! Sleep mode as in you're feeling sluggish all day? Don't stress too much about it. Sometimes a good power nap or just stepping out for some fresh air helps. Just listen to your body, yaar.

Initially, I used to panic if I felt sleepy in the day, thinking something is seriously wrong. But then I realized it's often just my body needing a break or a little change in routine. It's usually normal, don't worry too much.

Please don't ignore it if this is happening too often. I ignored my constant tiredness once, thinking it was normal. Turned out I was low on iron. A simple blood test can tell you a lot, so better to get it checked by a doctor.

Simple, bro. Get enough actual sleep at night, 7-8 hours. If you're still in 'sleep mode' during the day, check your diet and maybe a quick walk helps. If persistent, see a doc.

Honestly, be careful with random advice here. If you're constantly in a 'sleep mode' or feeling excessively tired, it could be anything from a simple vitamin deficiency to something more serious. Best to consult a doctor, don't trust internet remedies for such things.

A quick 15-minute brisk walk, even indoors, can really wake up your system. Even some light stretching or yoga. Gets the blood flowing and clears the head. Of course, if you have any health issues, check with your doc first.

Make sure you're properly hydrated throughout the day. Dehydration can often make you feel super tired. Also, check your sleep hygiene – dark room, no phone before bed, makes a big difference.

Is this a new thing for you, or happens often? I get this sometimes too, feel so drained. Does anyone else get it where you just can't shake off that heavy, sleepy feeling all day?

Sleep mode? Haha, I think I'm permanently stuck in that! Seriously though, sometimes just a strong cup of chai does the trick for me. Or if it's too much, maybe it's just my body telling me I'm getting old, lol.

I'm no doctor, but what works for me is getting natural sunlight first thing in the morning. Even just standing near a window helps. It really signals to my body that it's daytime.

For me, my diet plays a huge role in my energy levels. If I eat heavy, oily food, I feel super sleepy. Try incorporating more fresh fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Avoid processed stuff, it makes a big difference.
