How to calm vomiting?

I get bouts of nausea and vomiting sometimes, especially when I'm stressed or have a migraine. It's really debilitating. What are some quick and effective ways to calm vomiting when it starts, or even prevent it if I feel it coming?

Ugh, vomiting is the worst! No cravings at all during that time. Just try sips of clear liquids like ORS or plain water. My mom used to give me plain soda water (the one without sugar) too. Anything light, absolutely no greasy or spicy stuff. Hope you feel better soon!

Vomiting? Stay hydrated, that's key. ORS is best. Don't try to force food. Let your stomach settle. If it doesn't stop or you feel very weak, don't wait, see a doctor. Plain and simple.

Arre beti, don't worry. When you're feeling like vomiting, just lie down quietly. Don't eat anything heavy. Just take small sips of nimbu pani (lemon water) with a little salt, not sugar. Or some plain coconut water. It helps keep your body strong.

Oh, when my little one vomits, it's always a scare. I always have ORS packets at home. Give very small, frequent sips, not big gulps, because that can make it worse. Keep them cool and rested. If they can't keep anything down for a few hours, or seem dehydrated, it's time to call the doctor. Take care!

Ugh, vomiting is the worst feeling ever! I usually just try to sleep it off, lol. And drink a lot of water with electrolyte powder. Like, seriously, ORS saves lives. Avoid anything oily or spicy. You just want bland stuff. Get well soon!
