After vomiting, your stomach is super sensitive. Definitely no heavy food. For calming it, hydration is key – sips of ORS or plain water. Once you can hold liquids down, maybe a very light banana or some plain toast. And once you feel a bit stronger, if the doctor says it's okay, a short, slow walk can sometimes help settle things, but listen to your body first.

Beta, ulti hone ke baad toh pet bohot kamzor ho jaata hai. Turant kuch mat khao. Thoda der baad sirf ek-do chamach paani ya ORS piyo. Dheere dheere doodh ya nimbu paani. Jab thoda achha lage tab halki khichdi ya dahi-chawal khao. Zyada mat socho, aaram karo, apne aap theek ho jaayega.

After vomiting, you might feel weak and worried about medical costs if it continues. To calm the stomach, start with very small sips of water or ORS to prevent dehydration. Once you can tolerate that, plain, easily digestible foods like rice kanji (porridge) or plain bread. If vomiting continues or you develop fever, don't delay seeing a doctor, as early treatment can save bigger expenses later.

Dekho bhai, ulti ke baad pet ko araam do. Turant khaana mat thok dena. Thoda thoda paani piyo, ORS ho toh woh best hai. Koi heavy cheez nahi, sirf light khichdi ya dahi chawal. Aur zyaada nakhre mat karo, doctor ko dikha do agar theek na ho. Simple.

Oh god, I just went through this last week! After vomiting, my stomach felt so unsettled. I literally just sipped water for a few hours. Then my mum made me plain rice kanji with a tiny pinch of salt. That really helped. No spices, no oil, nothing. Just bland and warm. And lots of rest, honestly.

Hey, take it easy after vomiting. Your stomach needs to recover gently. Start with small sips of clear fluids like water or ORS, don't gulp. Avoid anything heavy, spicy, or acidic for a day or two. Plain rice, toast, or a mashed banana are good once you feel up to it. Just give your system time to settle, okay?
