Chehre par eczema ho toh bohot dikkat hoti hai. Hum toh doctor ki di hui halki cream lagate hain, woh bhi bohot kam. Munh dhone ke liye sabun nahin, sirf paani ya mild face wash. Aur haan, dhool aur dhoop se bach ke rehna. Thodi thandi patti bhi rakh sakte ho agar khujli zyada ho. Simple cheezein hain, par dhyan rakhna padta hai.
Eczema on the face, that's really tough, especially with the cost of good skincare and doctor visits. You definitely need to see a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and prescription. In the meantime, use only mild, fragrance-free cleansers and moisturizers. I know some of those fancy creams can be expensive, so ask your doctor for affordable options, maybe even generic brands, to manage it effectively without breaking the bank.
For facial eczema, I would always suggest extreme gentleness. Try using aloe vera gel for soothing, or even a paste of multani mitti and rose water (if your skin tolerates it) to calm irritation. But since it's the face, which is so delicate, and if it's severe, red, or blistered, please, immediately go to a dermatologist. Natural remedies are for mild cases, not an active flare-up on the face.
Eczema on the face is so challenging, especially for us women who care about our skin. While gentle moisturizers and avoiding harsh products are good general tips, don't try to self-treat heavily, as facial skin is sensitive. Just like managing PCOS, you need expert advice. A dermatologist can prescribe specific, safe, and effective treatments for facial eczema without causing further irritation. Be cautious, dear.

Listen, with eczema on your face, you absolutely cannot ignore it or just put anything on it. I once had a mild rash on my face and thought it would go away, but it got worse and became quite inflamed. It took ages to clear up. Please see a dermatologist for facial eczema; it needs specialized care. Your face is too important to take risks with.
