Yaar, eczema flare-ups are the worst! Actually, when mine gets really bad, I take an antihistamine for the itching, it helps me sleep. And then I apply a thick layer of my dermatologist's cream, and avoid any harsh soaps. Lukewarm showers, not hot ones, also make a big difference. Don't scratch, that's the main thing!

Bro, eczema flare-ups are super annoying. For me, cold compresses really help with the itching, like putting an ice pack or a cool, damp cloth. And then I slather on my prescribed moisturizer like crazy. If it gets really bad, my doc gives me a special cream, so maybe ask your doc if you don't have one.
