How to calm an inflamed liver?

My father recently had some liver function tests done, and the doctor said his liver seems a bit inflamed. He's worried, and so are we. What kind of dietary or lifestyle changes can help calm an inflamed liver, apart from the medications the doctor gave?

Oh, that sounds worrying, I totally get how anxious something like liver inflammation can make you feel. It's a big organ, right? First thing, please don't stress too much, but definitely get it checked out by a good doctor. They can figure out the cause and give you the right advice.

Inflamed liver is serious, man. You should see a hepatologist at a reputed hospital. Don't rely on internet advice for this. Ask your doctor clearly about the cause, what diet changes you need, and what medications are necessary. Get all your tests done and follow up diligently.

Namaste, I've seen many questions like this. An inflamed liver needs immediate medical attention. It could be due to many things, so only a doctor can diagnose properly. Until then, eat very light, avoid anything oily or spicy, and strictly no alcohol. Drink plenty of water. Your doctor will guide you best on recovery.

With liver issues, time is of the essence. Book an appointment with a gastroenterologist immediately. They will do a proper diagnosis to understand why it's inflamed. Follow their diet and medication plan strictly. Don't try to self-treat; it could worsen things.

Arre, liver ka mamla hai toh haan, you need to be careful. Pehle toh doctor ko dikhao, wohi best bataenge. Ghar pe toh light khana khao, oily na khao, aur paani bohot piyo. Baaki toh doc hi medicines denge na.

For liver health, gentle practices like specific yoga asanas and pranayama can be supportive, but ONLY after consulting your doctor. My guru often recommends gentle twists and breathing exercises once the acute inflammation is managed. But always, always get medical advice first. Diet is also important, very sattvic food, light and easy to digest.

Oh no, sounds like your liver needs a spa day, but instead of cucumber slices, it probably needs a doctor! Seriously though, liver problems are no joke. Don't try to fix it with internet gyan, just get to a specialist. They'll tell you what's up, hopefully nothing too serious!
