I tried so many things for my fatty liver, like apple cider vinegar and special juices. Some helped a bit with general well-being but the main thing my doc stressed was weight loss and cutting out sugar. That was the most practical advice. It's a journey, be patient with yourself.

When I first heard 'fatty liver', I completely panicked, thinking it was something very serious. But my doctor explained it's quite common and manageable. The main advice was diet control (less processed food, sugar, bad fats) and regular exercise. It's totally reversible with consistent effort.

Don't fall for all the 'miracle cures' you see online for fatty liver. Most are nonsense. The only proven way is proper diet and exercise. Go to a hepatologist or a good general physician. They will guide you correctly, not some random internet baba.

Reduce sugar and processed foods. Exercise regularly. Your doctor can give you the best plan. Good luck.

Exercise is crucial for burning liver fat. Even brisk walking for 30-45 minutes daily can make a big difference. Combine it with some strength training. Of course, diet plays a huge role too, less sugar and junk. Always confirm with your doctor first if any exercise restriction.
