How to bring sleep?

I've been struggling with insomnia for a few months now, and I just can't seem to fall asleep easily. What are some practical tips or routines I can follow to bring on sleep more consistently? I'm exhausted.

Hey, don't stress too much about not sleeping, that just makes it worse! Try turning off all screens an hour before bed. Maybe read a book or listen to some calm music. A warm shower helps me sometimes. Hope you get some good shut-eye!

For good sleep, a consistent workout routine helps a lot, but not too close to bedtime. Also, watch your diet – avoid heavy meals and caffeine late in the evening. Magnesium supplements can also be helpful, but ask a doc first. Good sleep is key for recovery.

Beti, in our home, we always have a glass of warm haldi milk before sleeping. It calms the mind. Also, try to finish dinner a little early and then walk inside the house. Keep your room dark and quiet. Hope you sleep well.

If you're having persistent trouble sleeping, it's always better to get it checked by a doctor. Sometimes it could be due to an underlying issue. Don't just try random remedies, get professional advice to be safe.

Peaceful sleep comes from a peaceful mind. Try some light meditation or chanting before bed. A cup of warm milk can also calm the senses. Trust that your body knows what it needs, just help it relax. Sweet dreams.

Bro, late night studies or gaming mess up my sleep too much. What helps me is just ditching the phone for a bit, maybe listening to some chill lofi music. Sometimes, I just read some random stuff till my eyes get heavy. Hope you catch some Z's soon!
