Bringing down fever? My current method involves chugging water like it's a marathon, praying to the fever gods, and forcing myself to sleep even though my brain is doing a Bollywood dance number. And of course, the trusty paracetamol, which feels like a magic potion when you're desperate. Sleep is the actual best medicine, if you can get it!

It's totally normal to feel worried when your temperature is high, I get super anxious myself. The most important thing is to take it easy and not stress. Follow your doctor's advice on medication, and try to focus on simple things like drinking enough water and resting. The fever will pass, just be patient and take care.

Okay, for sure shot ways: take your fever medication (paracetamol or ibuprofen, consult a doctor for dosage). Then, lukewarm sponge baths or even a quick lukewarm shower can bring it down quickly. Keep your clothes light, stay in a cool room, and hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. These three things combined usually do the trick effectively.

Fever can affect blood pressure too, so it's important to manage it properly. Besides medication prescribed by a doctor, ensure you're hydrating well. I always keep ORS handy during a fever. Light clothing and regular monitoring of temperature are also crucial. Don't ignore it, get a checkup if it persists.

First, use a smart thermometer or any reliable one to accurately track your temp. Logging it helps you and your doctor see patterns. Then, the standard stuff: proper medication (paracetamol/ibuprofen) as advised by your doctor, stay hydrated (maybe track water intake?), and ensure good rest. Don't forget light clothing and a cool environment.

I can only share what my family doctor advises for me when I get a fever. That's to take paracetamol as needed, drink plenty of fluids like water and fresh lime juice, and rest. And if the fever is very high or doesn't go down, to call him. Always best to talk to a medical professional for advice.

Fever temperature, haan? My body seems to invent new ways to get one every few months. Usually, I just surrender to the couch, pop a paracetamol (the doc's recommendation, of course!), and pray for it to pass. Oh, and my wife makes sure I drown myself in water. Sometimes I think the water helps more than anything else! Haha.

Ugh, fever just kills all my food cravings, which is the worst! But seriously, when I get a fever, I just want cool things. Lots of water, some fresh fruit juices (not too sweet), and maybe some light dal chawal. And the medicines, of course. Don't go trying any fancy food experiments during fever, simple is best!
