How to bring down a fever in adults naturally?

My fever has been bothering me for a day, and I prefer trying natural remedies before medicines. Are there any effective natural ways to bring down a fever in adults?

Ho na, naturally bringing down fever is what many prefer. Lots of water or warm liquids like ginger tea can help. And sponge baths with lukewarm water, haan na. Just light clothes and good rest. But if it goes too high or doesn't come down, then medicine is best, no point suffering.

Stay hydrated with water and herbal teas. A lukewarm sponge bath can also help. Rest well.

For adults, if the fever is not too high, we used to recommend lots of fluids, like hot kadha with ginger and tulsi. And a cold compress on the forehead and feet can sometimes give relief. But these are for mild fevers only, beta. If it's very high or you feel too weak, don't delay seeing a doctor.

For adults, if you want to try natural methods, ensure adequate hydration with water, fruit juices, or clear broths. Light clothing and a comfortable room temperature are important. Lukewarm sponging can help. However, fever is a symptom, so it's vital to consult a doctor for diagnosis, especially if it's high, prolonged, or accompanied by other symptoms. They can advise on proper medical management.

I always get so anxious with fevers, hoping it's nothing serious! I usually try drinking warm liquids and taking a lukewarm shower. Does anyone else feel like it helps them calm down too? But I do get worried if it doesn't drop quickly, so then I take medicine.

I can only share what I do for myself when I get a fever. I drink lots of warm water, like two liters, and try to rest completely. Sometimes I put a damp cloth on my forehead. But if it gets too uncomfortable or stays high, I always visit a doctor for proper diagnosis and medicine. Best to consult a professional.
