How to break kidney stones?

My recent tests showed I have kidney stones, and the doctor mentioned they are quite large. I'm dreading the pain. What are the general methods doctors use to 'break' or treat kidney stones?

Oh, this sounds very painful. I hope you are doing okay. I've heard they can be quite bad. Does it depend on the size of the stone how it's broken?

Ho na, kidney stones are very painful. My neighbour had them, and the doctor gave him some medicines to dissolve them and asked him to drink lots of fluids. Water is key, haan na.

Hey yaar, don't stress too much about this right now. My chacha had this issue and he got it sorted. Just go to a doctor, they have machines these days to break them without surgery sometimes. You'll be fine!

My friend went through this last year. She had to drink loads of water and there were some medicines to help pass it. For bigger ones, they do procedures. Pls consult a good urologist soon, they will guide you properly.

Hey, definitely talk to a doc first, but if they say it's okay, sometimes just staying active helps a lot. Walking regularly and being hydrated is key. My uncle had some small stones and his doctor advised lots of water and movement.

It's totally normal to feel anxious about something like kidney stones. I remember being super worried about a minor health issue once. The best thing is to get proper medical advice, they'll tell you the best way to handle it.
