Haan, overnight fever can be tricky na? I usually take a paracetamol before sleeping, and keep a damp cloth on my forehead. Also, make sure your room isn't too hot or too cold. And plenty of water. Hope you feel better by morning!

With my thyroid, I always pay close attention to fevers. Before trying to break it overnight, ensure you've taken any prescribed medication. Keep hydrated with warm fluids. If it's a very high fever or you feel really unwell, it's better to consult a doctor even at night, don't wait.

For me, managing fever overnight means being extra careful. I check my blood sugar more often. For hydration, I stick to plain water or unsweetened clear broth, avoiding sugary drinks. And a lukewarm sponge bath can really help bring the temperature down before bed.

Dude, fever overnight is the worst, especially when you have classes next day. I just pop a Dolo, drink a ton of water, and try to sleep it off. Sometimes a cold pack on the head helps. If it's super high, tell someone, don't just suffer alone.

Hey, don't worry, it's common to feel worse at night with a fever. Make sure you take your fever reducer on time. Keep a glass of water next to your bed. A light, loose sheet is better than a heavy blanket. And if you start feeling really bad or temperature shoots up, wake someone up, okay?
