How.to break a fever?

My young son has a high fever right now, and I've given him some paracetamol. Besides that, what are some home remedies or quick ways to help break a fever safely?

For my kids, I always give paracetamol as prescribed by the doctor, and then light sponging. Lukewarm water works best, especially on forehead and armpits. Also, plenty of fluids are a must, like ORS or coconut water.

Beta, fever is just your body fighting. Don't panic. Take a paracetamol, rest properly, and drink lots of water. My dadi used to say, 'Khana kam, pani zyada.' If it's very high or doesn't go down, then see a doctor, okay?

Break a fever? I just lie there, half-dead, wishing I could actually sleep through it instead of feeling like I'm in a sauna. Mostly just drink chai and wait for it to pass, but yeah, meds help.

Okay, so when I get fever, first thing I do is take a prescribed fever reducer. Then, cool compresses on my forehead and neck help a lot. Also, make sure you wear light clothes so your body can cool down, and drink things like lemon water or soups to stay hydrated.

Haan ji, fevers ke liye toh pehle doctor ko consult kar lena chahiye na. Self-medication avoid karo. Paracetamol leke rest karna, aur paani bohot peena. Isse generally fever control ho jaata hai.
