How to.break a fever?

My younger brother has a high fever since last night, and we've given him some medicine, but it's not coming down much. Are there any home remedies or immediate steps we can take to help break the fever faster?

When you have a fever, pause all your workouts and let your body rest completely. Drink plenty of water and clear broths to stay hydrated, as your body loses fluids quickly. Don't rush back to the gym until you are completely recovered.

I just recovered from a nasty viral fever last week. What worked for me was taking a paracetamol as prescribed by my doctor and applying a cool, damp cloth on my forehead. Getting plenty of sleep and staying under a light sheet really helped bring the temperature down.

When running a fever, diabetic patients must monitor their blood sugar levels closely, as infections can cause spikes. Drink unsweetened warm liquids like light soups or herbal tea to stay hydrated. Always consult your physician for the right fever medication that won't interfere with your diabetes treatment.

Please be very careful with fevers. If the temperature is above 103 degrees, or if it is accompanied by difficulty breathing, a severe headache, or confusion, you must go to a hospital immediately. Do not try home remedies for high or persistent fevers.

Bro, just take a paracetamol, drink electrolyte water, and sleep it off. Don't try to sweat it out under five blankets, that's an old myth and actually makes you feel worse. Keep your room ventilated and you'll feel better soon.

Being sick with a high fever can feel so exhausting and lonely, especially when you are managing it alone. It is completely okay to feel down and tired. Just keep sipping warm water, rest as much as you can, and reach out to a friend or doctor if you feel too weak.

Dekho, simple baat hai. Fever mein heavy kambal odh kar baithne se temperature aur badhega. Wear light cotton clothes, drink lots of water, and take rest. Agar do din se zyada fever rahe, toh turant doctor ke paas jao aur test karvao.

I've dealt with high fevers a few times, and the best way is to keep the room cool and avoid wrapping yourself in heavy blankets. Sponge your body with normal tap water, not ice-cold water, to lower the temp safely. Take paracetamol if it crosses 100 degrees, but keep tracking it.
