How to boost low thyroid?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a few months back, and despite medication, I still feel a bit tired and sluggish. My doctor said lifestyle changes can help. How can I boost low thyroid function naturally or through diet?

Beti, thyroid ki problem ke liye doctor ki salah sabse zaroori hai. Woh jo dawai denge woh time pe lena. Ghar pe thoda aaram, achha khana, aur tension kam lena. Bhagwan sab theek karenge.

Low thyroid, beta, needs proper care. First, follow your doctor's medicine. Some people say coriander water or ginger tea helps, but only with doctor's permission. Eat balanced, avoid too much processed food. Your body needs nourishment and peace.

Low thyroid is a medical condition, not something you 'boost' naturally. You absolutely need to consult an endocrinologist and take the prescribed medication consistently. Don't fall for fads; proper medical management is the only way.

Low thyroid? Oh, so that's why I'm always tired and craving naps! Haha. Seriously though, it's a medical condition so please consult a good doctor. Don't try to 'boost' it with random internet hacks, you need proper medical guidance.

While eating selenium-rich foods like nuts can support thyroid health, if you have diagnosed low thyroid, please ensure you're following your doctor's prescribed medication. Natural tips are complementary, but they don't replace medical treatment for conditions like this.
