Hey! So for a licensed mental health therapist, my senior told me you def need a master's degree, like an MA in counseling or clinical psych. After that, it's a bunch of supervised practice hours and clearing a state exam. Sounds like a lot but super cool, right?

Becoming a licensed mental health therapist is a serious commitment. You'll need extensive education, usually a master's or doctorate in a relevant field. It's important to keep your mind sharp with a good diet while studying for all those exams. Focus on fresh, wholesome food.

From what I've seen with friends who are therapists, it's a long journey involving a master's degree, then supervised hours, and finally passing a state exam. They said it's a lot of studying and practical work, but very rewarding. I wouldn't know the exact steps myself, though.

My doctor, who is a clinical psychologist, explained it to me once. To become a licensed mental health therapist, you usually need a graduate degree (master's or doctorate) in psychology, counseling, or social work. After that, you must complete extensive supervised clinical practice and pass a licensure exam mandated by your state or country's regulatory body. It's a rigorous process.

Becoming a licensed mental health therapist is a significant career path, and it requires dedication. Typically, you'll need to complete a master's degree in a relevant field, followed by several thousand hours of supervised clinical experience. After that, you'll sit for a licensing exam. It sounds like a lot, but it's a very fulfilling profession.

Aww, don't stress too much about the process, it's like any other professional path. You basically need a master's degree in counseling or therapy, then you do your supervised internship hours, and finally, you pass the state exam. Just take it one step at a time, you got this!

Okay, so becoming a licensed mental health therapist is a multi-step process. You'll definitely need a Master's degree in counseling or similar. Then there's supervised clinical experience, which can be thousands of hours, and finally, a state licensing exam. Maybe use an app to track your study hours and progress, it helps keep you motivated!
