How to beat a high fever?

I've had a really high fever since yesterday night, and it's making me feel very weak. I've taken some paracetamol, but it's still quite high. What else can I do to bring down a high fever and feel better?

Ho na, high fever bahut takleef deta hai. Sponge bath with lukewarm water really helps. Aur doctor ne jo dawai di hai, woh time pe lena. Bahut saara paani piyo aur aaram karo, that's what we usually do.

For a high fever, a light, vegetarian diet is important. Think simple dal-rice, khichdi, or vegetable soups. Avoid anything heavy, oily, or spicy that could stress your digestive system. But first and foremost, follow your doctor's medical advice, food is secondary here.

Yaar, high fever matlab serious scene. Actually, you should definitely see a doctor right away if it's really high. Don't just rely on home remedies. They might give you antibiotics or stronger meds. And loads of fluids, obviously.

High fever? Uff, the bane of my existence these days! My wife just makes me take paracetamol, wraps me in a damp sheet, and tells me to stop complaining. But seriously, if it's really high, please see a doctor. We're not getting younger, you know!

Oh, a high fever always makes me so anxious! Is it normal to feel really weak and disoriented? I always make sure to take my temperature constantly and if it keeps rising, I'd definitely go to the emergency. Please don't try to just tough out a very high fever without medical help.

I've always wondered, what's considered 'high' fever exactly? Like, is 101 too high to manage at home? And what about the chills that come with it? It seems like everyone has different home remedies, but when do you know it's really time for the doctor?
