How to avoid saggy skin after weight loss?

I've lost a good amount of weight recently, and I'm really happy with the progress. But now I'm worried about my skin, it's starting to look a bit loose. Is there anything I can do to make it firm up?

Oh, this is such a common worry after losing weight, I totally get it. I always stress about little things like this. Make sure you're doing strength training, not just cardio, to build some muscle. And stay super hydrated and moisturise religiously, it helps a bit with skin elasticity. But honestly, some sag is normal, don't overthink it like I do!

Listen, saggy skin will happen thoda-bahut, it's natural. But you can minimise it. Lift weights, seriously. Builds muscle under the skin. Also, drink lots of water and eat good protein. Don't expect magic overnight, consistency is key.

Namaste. After significant weight loss, the skin needs time to adjust. From my experience with yoga, gentle massages with natural oils like almond oil can help improve circulation and elasticity. Also, pranayama and meditation help in reducing stress, which indirectly supports overall skin health. Be patient with your body, it's done wonderful work.

Arre beti, jab zyada vajan kam hota hai na, toh thodi dhili skin toh ho jaati hai. Tension mat lo. Humare ghar pe bolte the ki roz malish karo tel se, sarso tel ya nariyal tel. Aur khoob paani piyo. Achha khana khao. Body ko time do theek hone mein, sab normal ho jaayega dheere dheere.

Same problem mere saath bhi hua tha! I tried so many things. What helped me was regular dry brushing before bath, and applying a good body lotion with shea butter twice a day. Also, eating enough healthy fats like avocados and nuts seemed to make my skin feel better. It's a journey, not a quick fix, so be kind to yourself.
