How to avoid saggy skin after pregnancy?

I'm due to have my baby soon, and while I'm excited, I'm also concerned about my body. Many women I know get saggy skin after pregnancy. Is there anything I can do to avoid saggy skin after delivery?

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, and your body changes to nurture life. Embrace these changes with positivity. Gentle exercise, healthy food, and self-love are important. Trust in your body's ability to heal and regain its strength in its own time.

Post-pregnancy saggy skin? Welcome to the club! Your body just did an Olympic-level feat, stretching and growing a whole human! Honestly, it's pretty normal. Don't expect to snap back to a supermodel overnight. Hydration, gentle exercise, and maybe some good moisturiser. Mostly, just be proud of that warrior bod!

Ah, the saggy skin after pregnancy! It's like your body says, 'Thanks for the nine months, now here's your souvenir!' Honestly, gentle exercise, good hydration, and patience. And sometimes, you just learn to live with it, like me with my extra tyre after too many biryanis, haha!

Hey mama, postpartum skin changes are totally normal, so don't stress too much! Your body just did something incredible. Focus on drinking plenty of water, eating well, and gentle exercises when you feel up to it and your doc gives the go-ahead. Patience is key, it takes time for your body to heal and adjust!

After pregnancy, the body takes time to recover. My mother always said to gently massage the belly with warm coconut oil, as it helps with skin elasticity. Eating nutritious food is also very important. But remember, a good doctor can also give you exercises or advice for strengthening your core muscles, which helps a lot too.
