For sagging skin with weight loss, the key is to go slow. Rapid weight loss often leaves less time for your skin to adapt. Incorporate strength training to build muscle, which can help fill out the skin. Also, a diet rich in protein and Vitamin C is beneficial for collagen production. Hydration is crucial too! Consistency is your best friend here.

I lost quite a bit of weight, and yeah, some loose skin was there. What helped me was definitely lifting weights. It filled out a lot of the saggy bits. Also, I focused on making sure my diet had enough protein. It doesn't disappear completely, but it improves a lot with muscle building.

I was so worried about loose skin when I started my weight loss journey! It felt like it was going to be a huge problem. But honestly, as I continued and incorporated more strength training and kept myself super hydrated, it really improved over time. It's not perfect, but it's much better than I initially panicked about. Don't let it discourage you.

This is exactly what I worry about constantly when I think of losing weight! The thought of loose skin makes me anxious. I've read that very slow weight loss and building muscle underneath is key. Also, good hydration and maybe collagen supplements, but I'd be so worried they wouldn't work. It's a huge concern for many, I think.
