How to avoid excess skin with weight loss?

I'm on a good track with my weight loss, but I'm seeing some saggy skin already. My friend who lost a lot of weight ended up with a lot of loose skin, and I want to avoid that. What are the best ways to prevent excess skin while losing weight?

Slow and steady weight loss is key, I've heard! Drastic changes can cause skin to lose elasticity. Also, focus on a protein-rich diet; it really helps with skin health and muscle maintenance.

Betaji, I have always believed in gentle, gradual changes. Also, massaging the skin with natural oils, like almond or sesame, can help keep it supple. But for proper guidance, it is always good to speak to a doctor or a specialist.

Ho na, this is a common concern. I think staying really well-hydrated helps a lot. Drinking enough water and maybe some coconut water can make a difference in skin elasticity, haan na?

Dude, I'm always worried about this! But honestly, I think it's also about building some muscle. That way, even if you lose fat, your body fills out a bit. And protein, gotta have protein!

Collagen supplements and resistance training are often recommended for this. Consult a good dermatologist or a fitness expert, they can give targeted advice. Don't self-diagnose or self-treat.
