Ulcer pain me spicy aur thanda khana bilkul band kar do, haan? Try applying a little honey directly on the ulcer, it might sting for a second but it helps heal it fast. Aur thoda dahi khaya karo, digestive system thik rahega toh ulcer nahi honge.

My mouth ulcers are so painful that I can barely talk or swallow water without tears in my eyes. Is this normal or is it some severe infection? Please tell me if anyone else has had ulcers this bad and how long they took to heal.

Mouth ulcers are often a sign of excess heat in the digestive tract and stress. Practicing cooling pranayamas like Sheetali or Seetkari can help bring down body temperature naturally. Be gentle with your body and drink coconut water daily to soothe the internal lining.

It is absolutely heartbreaking when you want to eat spicy chole bhature but your mouth ulcer says no! Stick to cold milk, curd-rice, and sweet custards for a couple of days to soothe the burning. Your favorite foods will taste much better once you're fully healed, so be patient.

Since I have diabetes, I have to be very careful with any oral sores and avoid sugary remedies like honey. I usually stick to saline water rinses to keep the mouth clean and prevent any infection. If you have high blood sugar, it's always wise to let your doctor know if the ulcers don't heal in 10 days.

I get these annoying ulcers every time I eat too much junk food. What works fast for me is applying a small gel from the pharmacy made for mouth ulcers, it numbs the spot so I can at least eat my dinner. Also, drinking plenty of water helps clean out the system.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, ulcers are super common and usually go away in a week! Just avoid hot tea and coffee for a bit because they irritate the skin even more. Try rinsing your mouth with cold water several times a day for some quick relief.
