How to alleviate hand pain?

I do a lot of repetitive work with my hands at home, and lately, I've been feeling a dull ache and sometimes sharp pain in my wrists and fingers. It's becoming constant. How can I alleviate this hand pain?

Honestly, sometimes I just wish I could detach my hands for a few hours. Mine ache so much from all the typing and phone scrolling, especially when I haven't slept enough. Thoda rest, thoda stretching, but mostly I just complain to my wife till she gives me a massage, haan. Lol.

Hey! Don't stress too much about it, hand pain can be so annoying. Have you tried doing some gentle wrist rotations or finger stretches? Sometimes just taking regular breaks from whatever you're doing helps a lot. And maybe a warm compress? Hope it feels better soon!

Namaste beta. Hand pain, hmmm. My grandmother used to say, apply a little warm mustard oil with a pinch of garlic, gently massage it. For temporary relief, it might help circulation. But if it's severe or persists, you must show it to a doctor, always best to be sure.

Hand pain can be really disruptive. I've had some aches myself, though usually linked to general inflammation. It's always a good idea to consider if it's related to any underlying conditions, so maybe a quick check-up? Meanwhile, gentle massage with a warm towel can sometimes offer a little comfort. Hope u find relief!

What kind of hand pain is it? Sometimes it's just muscle fatigue. I try to incorporate some light stretches for my wrists and fingers into my daily routine, especially after my workouts. If it's a persistent ache, a doc might suggest some specific physio or exercises. Don't push it if it hurts too much though.

Oh god, tell me about it! My hands feel like they've done a lifetime of dishwashing and laundry, even though I pay someone to do it now, haan! I try to keep them moving, not just stiff. But honestly, sometimes I just pop a painkiller and pretend it's all good, then regret it later. Age, yaar.
