Dude, I totally get this. My go-to is always curd rice or just plain dal khichdi when my stomach acts up. And for sure, no chai or coffee for a while. It's kinda boring but it really calms things down, at least for me. Hope u feel better soon!

My doctor had explained to me that gastritis pain is often due to inflammation, so avoiding anything acidic or spicy helps a lot. He also suggested small, frequent meals instead of heavy ones, and not lying down immediately after eating. Sometimes a mild antacid before meals also helps, but that's something to discuss with your own doctor.

Beta, when my stomach gives me trouble, I always go for simple home remedies. A glass of lukewarm water with a pinch of ajwain works wonders sometimes. Also, make sure you're not eating too fast or skipping meals. Your stomach needs a routine. Try to stay away from fried foods and too much sugar for a few days, it really helps calm the inflammation.

Oh god, gastritis pain is the worst. Sometimes I get this really sharp burning feeling, almost like a knot. Does anyone else feel it like that? I always get worried it's something more serious, even though my doctor said it's just gastritis. What do you guys do for that burning sensation?

Honestly, I used to panic a lot when I first started getting gastritis attacks. Thought something was seriously wrong. But after seeing a specialist, I realized it's quite common. Just gotta be mindful of what you eat. Avoiding junk food and reducing stress has made a huge difference for me. Don't worry too much, it's manageable.

As someone with diabetes, I have to be extra careful with gastritis remedies, especially anything involving sugar or too much fruit. My doctor advised bland, non-spicy foods, and definitely no sugary drinks like sodas. For me, boiled veggies and plain rice are lifesavers. Always check with your doctor, especially if you have other health conditions like diabetes.
