How to alleviate foot pain from standing all day?

I work as a teacher and have to stand for most of the day, and by evening my feet are just throbbing. It's becoming really difficult to manage. What can I do to get some relief from this constant foot pain?

Honestly, foot pain from standing all day can be more than just tired feet. It's always best to get it checked by a doctor, just to rule out any underlying issues like plantar fasciitis or something else. Don't ignore it, health is wealth!

Oh man, standing all day sounds tough! After such a long day, I'd say treat your feet AND yourself. Maybe a nice warm foot soak and then a delicious, guilt-free dinner? Food always makes everything feel a little better, haha!

Hey! Have you tried using a step tracker or a fitness app to see how much you're actually moving? Sometimes good arch support insoles make a huge difference. You can also find some guided foot stretches on YouTube, those really help me when my feet ache.

Meri beti bhi bohot khadi rehti hai kaam pe. She uses comfortable shoes with good cushioning. For me, because of my diabetes, foot care is extra important. I regularly check my feet for any issues and wear special socks. Please make sure your footwear is right for you, especially if you have any health conditions.

Yaar, standing all day is a workout in itself! If your doctor gives the OK, gentle stretches for your calves and feet can be very beneficial. Also, some light walking in the evening can sometimes help improve circulation, but only if it doesn't increase the pain. Proper warm-up and cool-down are key.
