How to alleviate eczema?

My skin has been so itchy and red lately, especially on my arms and behind my knees. The doctor said it looks like eczema. It's really bothering me, especially at night. Any tips on how to calm it down?

Arey beti, eczema is tough. Humare gaon mein, log thoda neem ka tel lagate hain, ya fir coconut oil. Lekin agar zyada ho toh doctor ko zaroor dikhana haan? Khujli bohot hoti hai.

Oh no, eczema can be so annoying! 😩 I find that keeping my skin really hydrated helps a lot, especially after a bath. And try to figure out what triggers it for you, like certain soaps or fabrics. Hope you feel better soon! ✨

Eczema needs gentle care. My mother always said to use mild soaps and wear cotton clothes. But seriously, it's best to consult a skin doctor, they can prescribe the right cream. Don't worry, it gets better with proper treatment.

Honestly, ek dermatologist ko dikhao. Initial consultation aur agar kuch tests bolte hain toh thoda expense hoga but it's better than trying random things. Main toh phir pharmacy se generic versions of recommended creams leti hoon, thoda sasta padta hai.
