Applying warm mustard oil gently on the wrist can soothe the nerve pain, but if you start losing grip in your hand or feel complete numbness, you must see an orthopedic doctor immediately.

I got this from coding 12 hours a day. Honestly, wearing a stiff wrist splint at night changed everything because it stops you from bending your wrist while sleeping. Try it out, it really works.

Some people say vitamin B6 rich foods can help with nerve health, but please talk to a professional nutritionist before starting any high-dose supplements for your hand pain.

Nerve issues in the hand can become permanent if ignored. Please don't try too many random wrist stretches on your own; get it diagnosed properly by a doctor first.

First of all, stop typing on your phone continuously. Give your wrist some complete rest, use a wrist brace, and if the tingling doesn't go away in a week, go visit a clinic.
