How to achieve sleep paralysis?

Someone mentioned 'sleep paralysis' to me, and it sounds really scary but also kind of intriguing. How can someone even achieve something like that, if it's possible?

Please do not try to induce this on purpose. I ignored chronic sleep issues which led to terrible sleep paralysis episodes, and it was a horrifying experience that required medical treatment.

Why would anyone want to induce sleep paralysis? It is a sleep disorder often linked to extreme sleep deprivation or stress, so consult a neurologist if you are experiencing it naturally.

Sleep paralysis is usually a sign of overtraining or a highly disrupted sleep cycle. Keep a clean training schedule, eat well, and sleep at a fixed time to keep your nervous system balanced.

In my younger days, working irregular night shifts used to cause these episodes. It is just your brain waking up before your muscles; nothing supernatural, so don't be afraid.

Aise dरावने anubhavon ke peeche nahi bhaagna chahiye. Sone se pehle apne haath pair acche se dhoye aur bhagwan ka naam lekar chain ki neend soye.

I have had sleep paralysis a few times when my sleep schedule was completely messed up. Trust me, it is terrifying and you definitely do not want to experience it.
