How tall is boston on the fever?

My nephew has been having a high fever for the past two days, and we're monitoring him closely. I was just wondering, how tall is a fever typically measured on a thermometer? Is 'Boston' some specific unit?

True, managing a high fever is stressful. Just keep tracking the temperature hourly and keep the patient hydrated with coconut water.

Honestly, if the thermometer crosses 102 degrees, stop waiting around. Direct consultation is needed, do not experiment at home with high fever.

My family doctor told us that any fever staying above 101 for more than 48 hours needs a proper blood test. He said treating symptoms without finding the root cause like malaria or dengue is risky.

I always log my family's temperature readings on my health app to see the trend. If the fever spike pattern looks too sharp, it is best to share that log directly with your general physician.

Cold compresses on the forehead really help bring the temp down quickly. But please see a doctor immediately if there is shivering or extreme weakness.

Self-medication often masks the actual infection, which makes it harder to diagnose later. A quick consultation with a certified doctor is the most logical step here.

Hey, don't stress too much, viral fevers are going around everywhere right now. Just rest up, drink plenty of water, and if it doesn't settle down by tomorrow, just check in with your doc.
