How soon can i sleep on my side after sculptra?

I recently had a Sculptra treatment done on my face. My doc told me to be careful with my sleeping position. How soon can I safely sleep on my side after getting Sculptra injections?

Agreed, keeping your head elevated on a couple of pillows helps a lot. Try to avoid side sleeping for the first 48 to 72 hours.

I am always cautious about any facial skin treatments. It is generally recommended to sleep on your back for at least a few days to avoid uneven pressure, but definitely confirm this with your dermatologist.

Please take care of yourself. From what my niece was saying after her treatment, she did not sleep on her side for a full week just to be safe and let the medicine settle.

I panicked so much when I accidentally rolled onto my side on the second night! But honestly, nothing bad happened. Just try your best to stay on your back for the first 3 days to get optimal results.

My daughter got this done recently for her acne scarring and her doctor strictly told her to sleep on her back for at least 3 to 5 days. It prevents any unwanted pressure on the treated areas while they heal.

To keep myself from rolling over, I used to keep heavy pillows on both sides of my body. It is a simple practical trick that keeps you sleeping straight without any tension.

Just like managing thyroid issues, skin treatments also need strict adherence to the expert's plan. Follow up with your doctor and get their clear instructions on post-care sleeping positions.
