How severe is heart attack pain?

My friend had a heart attack last month and he said the pain was unbearable. I'm curious, how severe is heart attack pain exactly? Is it different for everyone?

It can be very intense pain, but keeping the mind calm and chanting silently helps control the panic in an emergency. If anyone is experiencing chest tightness spreading to the arm or neck, please seek medical help immediately. May God keep everyone safe.

Heart attack pain is an absolute emergency and can be extremely severe, sometimes like a heavy weight on the chest. Don't worry about the cost of an ECG or troponin test right now, just get to a government or trust hospital immediately. Having health insurance details handy is very helpful during such times.

In my seventy years, I have seen friends mistake heart pain for gas and suffer badly. It is a severe, radiating pain that makes you sweat heavily. If you see these signs, act immediately and trust the hospital doctors, they know exactly what to do.

Listen to me, heart attack pain is not something you can ignore or treat with acidity gel. It feels like a very heavy choking pressure in the chest and is highly critical. If you are feeling even a bit of this, sit down, tell someone, and go to the hospital right now.

It is extremely severe and life-threatening. Just like I track my thyroid health closely to prevent complications, heart health needs urgent testing when symptoms arise. If there is sudden chest pain with sweating, do not ignore it, get an ECG done immediately.

Heart attack pain is a major red flag and is often described as crushing pressure, squeezing, or severe burning that can spread to the jaw or back. If you or someone else is feeling this, do not wait even for ten minutes. Go straight to the nearest emergency room immediately.
